HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY USM!
We are proud to celebrate 50 Years of USM this 2014-2015 school year. We invite you to watch a video narrated by legendary former faculty member John "J.S." Stephens, who makes note of the fact that while we celebrate 50 Years of USM this year, our School's roots date back to year 1851. Take a walk back in time with J.S.!
We're also very proud of the 50th birthday party and assembly our 3rd grade students recently planned and coordinated. All those in attendance enjoyed the premiere of the 3rd grade film, "Time Travel USM." Enjoy the history of USM through the eyes of a child!
VARSITY CLUB UPDATE
The Varsity Club is thrilled by the responses to the announcement of plans for its new Athletic Hall of Fame. In fact, due to the positive response, the Varsity Club has made the decision to delay its inaugural Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Banquet in order to ensure that all of the nominees for inclusion in this first class can be properly researched and vetted, and to plan for a stellar inaugural event. Be sure to visit our Athletic Hall of Fame webpage for further updates about the new date, planned for June 2016.
USM IS HIRING
We are looking to fill several faculty and staff positions. We encourage you to view our current openings if you are looking, or pass the word along to someone in your network who might be a good match for a position at USM.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
Your gift to USM has a direct and profound impact on our students' experiences. Thank you to all who have already shown their support through a gift to the 2014-2015 USM Annual Giving Program. We invite those who have not already done so to make a gift in celebration of 50 Years of USM. And don't forget to share your Reason to Give!
